the Point spécialists- Josh, Jeffrey and Angel. were very helpful and responsive to any questions i had. Josh was available at every step as he shepherded me through the process; Jeffrey made a clear and concise info request regarding insurance that helped to finalize my paperwork and Angel flew in to make the final arrangements for an easy close. overall a very positive experience.

Equity advisor was excellent. He explained how everything would work. Their customer service was top notch. Communication was flawless. Although I would have preferred a more conventional loan, when your back is against the wall it is a blessing to have this option.

The point team seems to be efficient and always on top of things.
I began the process on line answering a few questions. Right away I received a call from one their managers who began to discuss the next steps. They have kept me up to date almost daily and answered questions as needed.
