My main concern, all along from the beginning was that this was not real, and you may be a fraudulent operation. I really liked the credit counseling part. And certification part of that. Perhaps if you inserted that earlier in the process to the customer, it may prove to the customer that you are a valuable company to do business with.

Every single employee that we worked…

The process was pretty straight forward. Our only let down is the fact that our loan amount went down twice in the process. Also the length of processing time from start and now still waiting to finish. We are very grateful however that it was brought to our attention, the homeowners insurance on our home did not cover us, so we immediately sought and obtained coverage. Thank you!
