Great place to get some needed cash if you don’t have the best credit or credit history. I would recommend getting a market analysis and a home appraisal done first so you know what your home is worth as they will have their own appraisal done. Fees are inline with others except their processing fees which seem a little high to me. Overall it was a great experience.

It was a very easy process, although it’s not over until we close. We did have several delays along the way, but they were title related and not Point Repa. My account manager Taylor was very very helpful.

Actually, my experience to date has been very informative from Mr. Flack to members fielding his calls and or emails to answer my queries. The on-line sight was confusing at times but help came to the rescue! I even received an unexpected call on this past Saturday to inform and help me with a form I needed to complete. I would endeavor to seek Point out in the future should I want additional funding.
