I also liked the way they explain everything at least twice so there is little chance of a misunderstanding. It took about a week and a half from start to finish which is less than I was told to expect. A week would have been better, but I am satisfied. I would have liked to receive the funds before the survey came along.

Everything was clarified, very up front. Everyone I interacted with was professional.
I am not closed yet, but did just get my clear to close within 2 and a half weeks. So far, from start to where I am now, it has been very easy and accommodating. The portal can be somewhat updated, but that is okay. If I need anything I can reach out to my account manager. My closer was very thorough in his correspondence. Am just waiting for my signing appointment and we are good to go!

I did further research on Point and it was then the client reviews that finally sold me in the decision to proceed. Each step of the process is clearly laid out and easy to follow with Point sending clear updates as each step is completed. It is so helpful to be able to log into my personal plan and see the timeline for every step. They are one efficient and quality company to work with. Customer service is second to none and communication is friendly and supportive.
