The funding product was laid out very clearly on the website, and there were multiple opportunities to clarify points with a human (not AI!) agent, all of whom were helpful and friendly.
Allycia has been very helpful, and Rachelle very responsive.

I've said it once and I'll say again
I've said it once and I'll say again. I've tried to get help for years. Trying to refinance, home equity loan, reverse mortgage, etc. All said NO. But then Point said YES!! Lots of stress off me.

wow, to many hoops and communication through emails. My Husband does not use a computer, when he worked for many years and computers started to being used more, his secretary printed them off and he wrote a response, personal relationships are very important to him, even in retirement.
Justin has been very helpful!

The perfect financial product for me
Guidance through the process was excellent. Communication and notifications were timely.
My experience with Point was very positive. The entire process was well organized, communication was clear, and the team was responsive and professional throughout. They kept me informed at every step and made what could have been a complex process straightforward. Thank you to everyone involved for your support.
Everything was easy to understand and if I had questions or was unsure about what was needed, the people we worked with were responded quickly and clarified any information I was unsure of. The process was quick and painless!
Everything went smooth. I would give a 5 star review, but the only exception is Point's unwillingness to negotiate the counteroffer I receives. I felt like this was a "take it or leave it approach" of which heavily favored their own interests.
