The experience with HomeTap was refreshing and the Investment Loan process was as advertised. I am in the Banking business so have high standards and expectations. My application date and closing date and my wired funds to my bank accounts was Exactly 30-calender days! 7.14.26 to 8.14.26. The Sr. Investment Banker / Grant Phillips was thorough, efficient, prompt and professional. Possibility could have been less then 30-days but for a small Title issue which as resolved in 4 days. Very satisfied and would recommend.
