Great Company to Work with!

Melissa at Hometap is very good at what she does she was A1! to work with. She was patient and we felt like she was on our side the entire way. HomeTap is doing a great job with this. We tried a conventional HELOC and not only did it take forever, the bank gave us a negative outcome. Nothing has changed and Hometap helped. Very Simple process.

Personal commitment to the client was excellent including Kale Meter, my Appraiser, and Notary. They all put in extra to make work. The Notary filled in for another then drove an hour plus to my house to sign paperwork at 9pm to help me. What more would a client need! Ty

Refreshing voice over the phone

Usually, when I am dealing with folks over the phone and on email about finances, they don't speak clear English and I can't understand them very well. It was refreshing speaking to Ryan from Hometap. He would troubleshoot with me and help me with my paperwork. He was very patient and professional. And he spoke clear, unbroken English!
