Lack of customer service
I kept getting on Instagram a discount of buy 3 get 1 free.
There was no code for the free item. I chatted on line but they really did not help me. They told me that once I place the order, the item might come out to be a free. It did not. So I only purchased 2 items to try. Hopefully they will work out fine.

This is the best shapewear company by far! I actually felt my heart jump for joy the first time I went to get dressed after receiving my order. I saw an ad about people with small breasts. I clicked on it and it did not take me to the bra in the ad, just the regular website where I had to search the entire website to try to find the one in the ad. Still not sure if I got the right one.
