Your website was difficult to navigate, especially shopping from Canada. Had my order completed and only during checkout did I learn that the items I ordered did not ship to Canada. When I finally figured out how to get to items available in Canada I noticed that the selection was less.

just everything about the website was difficult. I kept trying to stay on one page, kept redirecting me and pop ups appearing.
Also I am sure I saw one bra I couldnt find - underwired but padded.

ordering was easy, figuring out what style not so much
My friend (large breasts) loves her Honeylove bras, so I decided to try one. First, I had trouble figuring out which style was best for my shallow breasts. Bras do not fit me well and are uncomfortable so I go braless 90% of the time, but there are times when braless is inappropriate. I finally saw an add that targeted shallow breasts featuring the crossover so that’s what I ordered. The ordering part was easy (in fact, I ended up ordering a second bra) but at checkout, I didn’t see where to apply my 15% off code. (Admittedly, I was cooking supper and distracted at the time.). Anyway. Fingers crossed that Honeylove fits the bill. Long story short: ordering was easy, figuring out what style and applying discount not so much!
Update: Within 8 hours, I was contacted with the offer that the discount would be applied if I sent order details. So it looks like Honeylove is on top of their game as far as customer satisfaction.

I was disappointed when I got to the cart and a charge for about $5 was added for package protection. This is an unnecessary money grab. I am very pleased with my past bra purchases and I look forward to the new ones but trying to scam $5 out of every order seems sketchy.

Absolutely love both pieces (crossover bra and Liftwear cami), and I still do. They are both super comfortable and supportive!
That said, what I have noticed with the cami, is an unsightly, protruding ring of fat around my lower side/upper hip line, that has formed. This is a direct side effect of the compression work of the cami, squeezing the midsection down. It’s not immediate, but because I wear it 4-5 times a week, it has slowly formed over the course of a month or so. It’s quite unfortunate… Not sure if any design tweaks can be done, but felt I had to mention it all the same. (I work out every day and eat right, so it’s not just extra fat forming. My midsection looks great… it’s just the lower end where the cami ends that the fat has pooled, unfortunately.)

I never hit submit and somehow my order went through anyway. I have a sizing issue and hope I can exchange with no problem. I could have sworn I tried a couple different sizes 32 and 34 to see which worked best, but my order didn't go through that way. It's almost like someone "placed" the order for me thinking they knew what I wanted.... I had never hit "submit".

I wear a 2X in most clothes. I wish your sizes went up to that. the substitution is great but only can wear for short time.
