A girlfriend introduced me today. So I made a purchase. If the product works for me I’ll be a good customer. The site is easy to navigate, and my only suggestion is that the discount code was not easy to copy, so had to enter it manually. No big deal but we are used to things being super easy.

The sizes are limited and confusing!
I don’t understand your sizing. It would be so much better if it was the same as the standard US bra size chart that many reputable bra companies use (for a sample of the sizing charts I’m talking about try looking at the Wacoal or Bare Necessities websites). When I look at the ads for your bras, I see women who definitely have larger breast than I do, but when I look at your cup sizes, they go up to G (or possibly H?) ONLY on the larger band sizes. My band size is 34, but my cup size is an H, and I don’t ever see that size on your chart, but I know that you make bras for large busted women. It’s very confusing! Anyway, I ordered a bra and I’m just going to pray that it fits. If it doesn’t, I’m not going to lie, I’m not willing to do a whole lot of back-and-forth to try and figure it out. So my fingers are crossed for a fit that’s as wonderful as advertised🤞🏽!

Really did not like the checkout page appearing as a popup on the right with your purchases on the left. It’s fiddly. The transition from page to page is not smooth. The web designers need to look at the design of other major online retailers like J Crew or LL Bean. Absolutely hated how they were pushing more merchandise just before finalizing purchase. Tacky and inconvenient to have to choose to dismiss the offers. The website gives you a feeling of bargain basement style.

Sizing is WRONG!
Sizing is WRONG!! Ordered size 40 D and got 1X. Very deceiving. They are a little tight. Update the size chart so people know. If I were to order again, I wouldn’t even know what size a 2X would fit. Also, was disappointed that the bra pads crumpled up in the wash. For the price of these bras, these 2 things need immediate attention. Do better and improve so people are NOT deceived!!

So disappointed
I am so disappointed.I spent so much money on these bras, and they do not fit it all like the advertising. I have been sized.I know what size I wear, so it's not that. These literally fit and make me look like, i'm wearing an uncomfortable sports bra. I am so upset because I'm spending so much money on something that I am never going to wear. And will just end up going to goodwill

Terrible customer service for a mistake that Honeylove made
I ordered four different bras from Honeylove, and I was sent the incorrect size for one of them (I originally ordered an XS+ and was sent a S+). I did not like the fit of the three I received in the correct size, so I initiated a return for those three and an exchange for the one for which I had received the wrong size. I ended up receiving a refund for all four bras instead of an exchange for the one with the wrong size. When I went online to bring this to customer service's attention, I was told by a very unhelpful customer service agent that I had not initiated an exchange for the one for which Honeylove had sent the wrong size (I did--I filled out the whole form and explained why I was requesting the exchange). I was also told that there was nothing she could do because the order had already been refunded, but I could start a new order and order the bra online. So that left me with the option of paying full price (I was a first-time customer and had received a discount on my original order) and shipping since I would not meet the $100 minimum with one bra, all because Honeylove sent me the wrong size in the first place. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere based on this interaction alone.

Deflated & Disappointed
Disappointed. I was hesitant due to the cost, excited & hopeful that I had finally found a wireless bra to support bigger, heavier breasts. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While the bra was not uncomfortable, the X Balance bra did not provide the lift nor the separation it claims to be designed for. Instead I found myself with a very unflattering uniboob, and left disappointed having wasted $70 on a bra that did not live up to the hype.

First buyer of these bra's, the hype is real!!! True to size, fit beautiful, feel so soft, an very comfy, bit pricey than your average bra....but these are not 'average' an tbh worth paying the extra in my opinion, comes with a travel/wash bag and an extender fastener should you you need one. Highly recommend 👌

The site is very easy to navigate, but it’s totally frustrating and irritating that the featured colours of bras and pants in the videos are then not available. These are expensive items and it would be nice if what is shown is what you can get. Beautiful shades of blue and plum are featured but then the available choice is just white, black and cream. Just calling black ‘vamp’ doesn’t cut it.
However, I should add that the bras themselves are super comfy and probably worth the high price point.
