Quick to respond and come out. However, the technician didn’t understand problem. Had consults on phone a couple times to diagnosis problem. Once quote was received it was way higher than expected. We chose to get a second opinion. This quote diagnosed the problem as something completely different. We chose the other company which also saved us almost $900 and actually fixed the problem.
Hope Plumbing cared about our needs and quickly responded to our plumbing issue. They worked hard to fix the problem. We appreciated their committed work ethic to make it right! We needed to hire Hope Plumbing for the 2nd time in a week. The second time had nothing to do with the first. This time we had water leaking from the water line to the refrigerator down to the basement. We found out at 6:30 a.m. and Hope was there before 8 and replaced the broken water valve. What a relief!

Excellent workmanship at the quoted price despite running into a couple of issues once they got into the three different jobs. Only negative was that the job they were working before they got to us ended up taking longer and they had to reschedule our job to the next day. Jim, our plumber, provided great feedback and explained everything clearly.

Tech was professional and competent. However, initial review centered around selling high end cost replacement of entire shower/tub unit rather than focus on requested repair. Overall cost was extremely high to me .... given the simplicity of the fix.
