I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered. I had a problem one time with a pair of shoes, sent a pic of the issue, 10min later I had a customer service response with a refund and a 20% off code for next time. When they say they care, they mean it.

Had a recent mixup, and was sent the wrong thing. Charles in Support contacted me outside of normal business hours, apologized, and asked for some information. Shortly after giving it to him my original order was next day aired to me. He also had me keep/donate the incorrect item and gave me a code for 20% off my next order. Great service!

I’ve ordered from Huckberry several times and have always had a great experience. I did run into a couple of shipping issues, but both were caused by the carrier—not Huckberry. What really stood out was their customer service. Every response was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they resolved each issue quickly and without any hassle.
