Not fine third time was a charm the tech helped me (I wasn't very happy). We changed the channel and all is well. Thank that last gentleman he was great!!!

I have not even been installed,they took the payment and they rescheduled and now they are late for today's installation now I'm.feeling I made the wrong move with them.. especially Reading the reviews which I should of done before my bad though...they are not honest was told it was great for gaming and streaming then when they were about 3 hours late only to.find out I do not have the plan for gaming and streaming they wanted 15 more and need different equipment..wish I could get my money back and look elsewhere and they can come by pick up their slow internet I had a gut feeling I did a wrong move

Discontinued having internet through them they didn’t say what all equipment was needed sent back to them and they touched disability money in a bank account which they wasn’t supposed to due to no longer having service with them they ain’t nothing but scum bags after money and they don’t have good service their service is shitty as they are
