Waiting over 8 weeks to get my service repaired is ridiculous. Every time a technician is scheduled, the appointment is canceled. Probably the crappiest customer service in the country and the internet service isn't any better.

The installer was great and did an excellent job. If this is what you call high speed internet then a telegraph line would be an improvement. Tarzan got better downloads using drums. A Video looks like a slide show if we are lucky.
