What people say

Essential.

Painfully detailed and thorough, especially for someone who has any background experience in the great outdoors. For the young hunter or the inexperienced outdoorsman, this course will save lives and promote excellent standards of ethical hunting.

Good info, needs few improvements

The minimum time to move to the next section was too long. I can read the material about 3 times faster then the narrator. Also the last section on the wildlife identification was very drawn out and difficult to remember. Better and more illustrative pictures would be more useful. Overall, easy to understand. Some multiple choice questions are 50/50 on the answers but over all not difficult. Anyone who carefully reads the material should pass.

Hunting Coarse

This was a well thought out coarse that was easily understood and the fact that you could go back to re-read everything after the narration, locked it in your memory. The only part that was hard to remember were the names of the different birds and relating those names to their image. There were a lot with very similar looks and quite uncommon English names.

I am 78 years old and always wanted a hunting Licence. I had one when I was a boy but it expired and with family and work it went by the wayside. I think small game for a pastime as being in the bush should be fun. The course was both challenging and fun.

Very well laid out information that hunters should really know. Very easy to maneuver your way through the online chapters, reviews, quizzes etc. very easy to follow. Being able to go at your own pace and able to go back over any of the material was great.

60 years plus and now I can bow hunt!!

The coarse was excellent, informative and easy to follow along, once I figured out that you had to turn the audio on in order to continue. Learned a lot of new information I was not aware of before. I've lived with an avid hunter for 40 years and still found out more information. I really liked the format where I could study at my own pace and pause and log out at my convenience, then return to the place I left off. There was no pressure to finish the coarse or take the quiz's and exam before I was ready. I am more interested in bow hunting than shot gun/rifle hunting, but all the information was valuable to learn to become a safe, ethical hunter.
