The flavors are fresh which matters the most. Also some flavors are sold by one name and you get another one. I ordered Ice Blueberry but I got only Blueberry.

It was perfect and specially the wrapping of the products so it don’t get damaged on the way but the only thing that I didn’t like is how much the shipping was, I ordered $40 worth of products and the shipping turned out to be $37 something which was a ripoff.

My package was stolen after my community mailbox was vandalized. I reached out to Icon Hookah customer service via chat/toll-free number/email trying to gather information on how to go about claiming with USPS and needing some information. No response from chat or toll-free number and the response via email was without answering or providing information needed. Terrible experience.

We allow up to 45 business days for the standard shipping option for international orders, but as a rule, if there are no delays in customs and any force majeure, the order arrives much faster. You had the standard shipping option selected in your order: First Class Package International, if you had selected expedited priority shipping, then your order would have been delivered to you much faster.
