Top notch customer service on a rush order. Talking to a real person made all of the difference. Great product. A big hit at the birthday party.
Cute gift but quality could be better
The photos look great but the viewer is cheap and the reels get stuck.
Highly recommend!
Our family took a trip to Portugal and for Christmas I gave my siblings a viewer and reels of our trip. They loved it so much my sister made a highlight reel for me after our next trip! My 9 year old daughter loves playing with my old childhood viewer so I made her some reels from our family trip and highlights of the previous year and she couldn’t have been more excited.
PERFECT GIFT!
If I could give more stars I would…so let’s say I did! Absolutely just amazingly clear photos on reels. Excellent speedy delivery. I’ll be ordering right away soon. Thanks so much!!!
Great quality
Product looks good -- especially for the age and quality of the photos I submitted -- and it arrived quickly as promised. Can't wait to give it as a gift!

I love retro viewer
I love retro viewer. I use their services every year and I have never had a problem. However, I would recommend one thing. It would be great if retro viewer would send you and email before your saved reels were deleted. I lost a couple of years which is sad.

Funnest Gift Ever
Fast turnaround, quality product.
Quality and Creative experience
I wanted a unconventional card for a gift. Image 3D Viewmaster and Reel was perfect. The viewmaster was the "Binoculars" and as my friend clicked through the slides her gift was revealed. I popped in my caricature pictures and then used the text addition Image 3D offered. I was nervous that the smaller font might not show when clicking through and was so excited it did! I used everything from "Playfair Display" at a larger 4 (5 being largest) to a small 1 using Fontdiner Swanky. Everyone was blown away! If you want a Unique, Creative and/or stand Out Item this is it. The quality is there and it arrived quickly as well. If I can find a place to enter photos I will.
Great for celebrating life events!
I made several reels detailing different points in my nephew’s life for him to display for guests at his high school graduation. They were a definite hit, garnering much attention, enthusiasm, and praise. This product is such a unique way to share photos, and the creation of the reels couldn’t have been simpler. I was also quite surprised at how rapidly they were created. My nephew wanted to include photos from his current soccer season, so I didn’t submit his soccer reel until the last minute; I wondered if it would arrive in time for his grad party. It did with many days to spare, I’m pleased to share. I highly recommend this product!
