Very disappointed in quality of prints. Ordered 9 shirts for a family vacation and washed inside out according to care instructions and did not utilize the dryer..2 out of the 9 shirts were damaged after the first wash. Sent a request for refund to imprint (along with multiple images of the peeling of the letters and shrinkage) and they are now requesting the shirts in the same shot. The shirts are not even in the same state!! Why must they need to be in the same picture to be refunded? It is obviously 2 different shirts considering the damages are different in each shirt. If they do not refund me for this horrible quality, I will be disputing with my credit card.

I’ve tried multiple times to have my situation resolved but to no avail! I purchased customized koozies which were to be printed on both sides. Only one side has the print. I’m very very disappointed and would not recommend Imprint to anyone at this point ! Your customer service is terrible!

The product and customer service were great. Unfortunately I could not determine a way to reorder (an old order) but change the new quantity online. I had to call a live agent to navigate the order process.

Successful block party koozies
I wasn’t sure we’d be able to pull off designing and ordering koozies for our block party last minute. I used the available templates to pull something together in less than an hour, and it was a very reasonable total cost! They came exactly as designed within a week and on time for our event. Very happy with the results!! Would definitely use again.

We ordered slim and standard size koozies. Arrived quicker than we had anticipated. Two different styles of printing between the slim and regular size. No big deal but was hoping it would be the same between both styles
