As of right now I can only give one star because I order an item for my Youth Event and they sent me the wrong item and now I’m having to jump through all kind of hoops to prove the item I ordered is wrong. When I what I received is an In Loving memory Bracelet. I want to be able to give 5 stars I’m hoping I can receive my item in time for my event!

I like the speed of service and the band quality. The ink quality is okay. It's much lighter than I expected. I should've known because phone to print will differ but the ice pink is very white-ish. I was expecting a baby pink like in the proof. I just didn’t have time to re-order. I can see the pink faintly in specific lighting but maybe because its so thin on the print as well; some of the letters already look a little faded. I think another layer could've solidified the pink to look like image. Maybe an option for another layer of ink on print for a few cents per band for lighter colors or a notice for lighter colors that they are not as pigmented as their image in the proof. Otherwise, great band quality, love the hunter green, also a little lighter but as aforementioned, computer to print is expected to differ, so that color is still deep enough to be the green I need.

Logo didn’t survive 1 wash on gentle
Terrible quality. One shirt came out well done the other one must have been a rush job and they didn’t properly cure the logo to survive one wash. Already completely peeled off.

I ordered some koozies for a family reunion as a funny gift. I don't know why my expectations weren't very high, but I have to say, they turned out so great! They look very professional and I couldn't be happier. The process was really easy too. And the cost was reasonable (including the extra I paid for rush shipping). Everything was delivered earlier than expected too. So yeah, I'd recommend.
