Every Indian Eagle agent I have worked with since 2019 has been respectful, calm, focused, attentive, and diligent to meet customer's interests and budget. It is astounding how calmly and patiently they understand and work to meet complex requirements from confused customers like me. For instance, Srikar put lot of effort to find airline tickets in my budget with dates and layovers that would allow me to spend a few days in that country. He started all over when I altered the dates and countries. His diligence and commitment to fulfilling the needs of the customer have worked out for me. Been working with Indian Eagle for almost 5 years. Every time the experience was good. This time I happened to work with another friendly agent Raju and been working with him for past two days to check plenty of options, dates, Airport options, and for multiple people. Never showed a sign of dullness both days with 3-4 hours on call to work through all options. He patiently helped and re-booked my tickets after I changed my mind within 24 hours. Both the times Indian Eagle was able to find the best price and with enough buffer to change flights. Would highly recommend IndianEagle and use them for future travels. Only comment I have is to have a better website experience. Not a deal breaker for me. Maybe a easier way to connect back to the agent. It is fast still but little bit of hops to make to get to same agent. BTW reduce the total number of emails you guys send. A lot!! :D Best Service.
