Eric's attention to detail in planning our epic SE Asia itinerary has been outstanding! His ideas & route planning skills have enabled us to include far more than we thought possible in the time allowed but also given some lovely rest periods to enjoy the journey. Every day has something new & exciting to look forward to. He totally understood my brief, was efficient, courteous & prompt in his replies. He managed to arrange payment so I could maintain Section 75 cover, which was so important to me.

I looked at many different tour companies and requested many quotes for our trip to Southeast Asia and Allison Chiang at Indochina Odessey Tours has been the best! Allison got back to me right away and quoted the exact trip we wanted at a reasonable price. Allison was also helpful with the date changes and customizing our trip. So far everything has been great. In searching online for a travel company that planned private tours---I found 3 companies that I contacted. Odyssey Tours responded back to me immediately within 24 hours---as I am in the US--with the huge time difference. My luck was to get a response from Bryant Yang from Odyssey Tours. He immediately put together a perfect itinerary for our private 19 day Thailand, Laos and Cambodia (Angkor Wat) trip. I did research on hotels and requested a few changes which Bryant immediately took care of. It was wonderful how quickly Bryant responded and how professional he has been to work with. AS we just signed up for the trip and put our deposit---I still do not know if there is availability at all of the hotels we are hoping to stay at---that will come hopefully on Monday. We look forward to a great upcoming trip and hope that all the connections and reservations will work out. As far as the planning and organizing of the trip, Bryant has been exceptional to work with so far.

For several weeks, Joan worked hard to answer our questions, on everything related to my two friends and I and our 19 day trip to SE. She customized our trip down to the number of days and to specific places we wanted to visit. I was stationed right next to Marble Mountain during the war. Sure enough, one of our excursions is a visit to that area, that the other bigger tourist groups didn't offer. Joan was prompt in her responses and our concerns about this trip right up to the specific airlines. She made our preparation straightforward and exciting. I usually hate the planning because of decisions we have to make, I just want to get to where I am going. Thank you, Joan, for your excellent service and making the planning fun.

Having found Indochina Odyssey Tours online, I approached them for a quote on a planned trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Christal emailed me very quickly with a response to my initial enquiry. Over a few weeks I made several large alterations to the itinerary and nothing was too much trouble. Christal always responded promptly and efficiently. Ok was very happy with the service.
Sadly the wasn't able to take the trip but I would definitely use Indochina in future when I wish to rebook this trip.

Extremely efficient and responsive service from Nikki
It was a pleasure to deal with Nikki at Odyssey Tours. She responded to all our requests for changes immediately and accomodated all our requests. The only reason that I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that we have not taken the trip yet, so it is still early to give a complete picture of the service.
