Potential to be a great app BUT….

Places I was sent to work, I was treated horribly by the company. Many times I was marked as a “no show” but I worked my full shift. Unless I was someone the higher ups knew, I wouldn’t get a good review, asked to work again, or just refused to allow work. And it shows who is working already on the shift that I try to sign up for, the other people working were those I’ve worked with before that didn’t show no effort in working. So good workers are pushed aside if you ain’t “cool enough” to work again.

I'm still working 💪 on moving up in profile ranking system fingers 🤞 cross. I believe they want quality and respect for the job so these matric helps to facilatate those objectives very well. I enjoy each project because meeting new people at each venue is pretty cool especially when we share job experiences.

The shifts should have an minimum wage…

The shifts should have an minimum wage of at least 19 a hour. More importantly they should bring back the immediate pay of your full shift after you work it. There should also be no instapay that charges you a fee. The way the app pays you slowly is very frustrating

Awsome platform for extra money.

Instawork is an awesome platform to make legal extra money on. It’s on your own terms. The schedule is dictated all from a Pro’s availability. And there are some locations that will turn into permanent employment if one performs well. Highly recommend Instawork to friends and family.

The best shifts have been at Dickies…

The best shifts have been at Dickies Arena. Something you need to improve; get rid of the AI support system. Please get a humanbeing for support. I re eny had a really bad experience with the "AI Finch". I needed to speak with a human not a machine. The AI was no help.
