With the availability of purchasing the IDP online, it provides a lot of convenience on my part rather than having to go to an agency physically and have to go back to receive the physical card and documents. I would comment on the guideline wherein it isn’t clear enough if I would receive a digital copy if I didn’t click the express option.

I’ve reached out over 14 times, yet all I get back are the same generic replies asking for ‘patience’ and insisting the document is ‘on its way.’ It’s beyond frustrating that there’s no real support or accountability here—no phone number, just a contact page funneling me back to these vague responses. The standard line—'delivery may take... well, who really knows? Maybe 20–40 business days, maybe longer’—isn’t helpful or reassuring. Adding to this, I was told to rely on the digital copy (wich was received on August 13th) in case of any issues, but it turned out to be of no use on my travels. When I encountered problems using the digital version, I reached out immediately, as suggested, yet the support I received did nothing to resolve my situation. I couldn’t rent a car due to this, leaving me without the service I paid for and without any reliable assistance.

ITS A SCAM. I applied for the express digital IDP and since I payed the money, I didn’t received ANY information. No IDP, not even a confirmation with my booking reference. I am trying to send multiple mails to reach the company but I get no replies. I want my money refunded!!!! Do not book anything here.

ITP does not honor full refund as promised
In total, I paid Euro 66.95 for Express Service. ITP promised delivery within 6 hours. However, I was told after payment was made that I will only receive my physical International Driving Permit (IDP) in 15-20 business days. I received a digital IDP few hours later that is totally useless in South Korea. Upon clarification, ITP was willing to give me a refund. I was pleasantly surprised. But, a few days later, I received only a partial refund of Euro 37.95, instead of a full refund as promised and stated on their website that clients will "receive a full refund if our IDP does not meet your expectations." While ITP tries to explain away that there is a fine print (you really have to look very carefully to avoid being trapped) stating that the express fee is non-refundable, the fact remains that ITP website states in bold print about their 30 days money back guarantee ("full refund"). In addition, the fact remains that I did not receive my full refund as promised and the service I received is of zero value. It is indeed a great disappointment and stressful experience. In my experience, avoid ITP unless you have great eyesight to read very fine prints, and spare cash to throw away.
