Affordable service. Transparent yet confusing wording. It is still unclear the value of the service, given the fact it is not an official designated agency. It seems it is all about the "luck" you might get in the rental office, or with the office who might pull you over. Price wise, it is by far the cheapest, doing the same as others. That is good.

Straightforward and easy online application process. I received my digital IDP quickly, which was a huge relief at the time of application.
Exceptionally helpful and responsive customer service.
I was particularly pleased with the 3-year validity period, which offers excellent value for money.
The 3-star rating is to improve the appearance of the overall design of the IDP document.
Overall, I highly recommend International Travel Permits for obtaining a hassle-free and efficient IDP.
My Digital International Driver's license was delivered by email and within 24 hours which is great!
The site could explain the delivery times a bit better, especially for the physical permits. For the physical permits, it would be better if they could say how many days to allow for preparation, and what city it will ship from. With caveats for unusual cases, of course. This would help set the expectation for how many days to allow to receive a physical permit.

I paid for a 5 year printed booklet. On the next day I received a pdf version, which basically, is the original UN text with my personal data and some stamps.
Unfortunately, I've never received the original booklet.
Anyway, I left for my travel, printed the PDF myself. Renting a motorbike was no problem with the print.
But the police stopped me in Thailand and fined me 500 THB because the international driving license was not original, but a print.
I got a full refund of the money I paid - so I can't say it's fraud, but definately sending out the paper didn't happen. Whether the police would have accepted their paper, if I would have had it - no idea.

Process does not seem 100% thought through. I opted for paying via SEPA which obviously takes a few days to settle. I still got a message the next day, that they haven't received the payment yet and I had to explain why, even though they are offering the payment method. By the time the SEPA process was finished I needed to provide all my info and documents again, since apparently they had already been deleted due to privacy regulations.
Communication about everything via email was always timely and friendly however.

The worst service ever, definitely don’t waste your money.
They will tell you that you will receive the physical document after 15 to 20 days. I’ve waited 50days for my IDP physical document to arrive and I didn’t receive it. I’ve sent 25 emails in total following up and all I get is wait 5 more days. Wait 1 more week and then after nothing they told me they will refund my money wait 5 to 10 days for it to receive it and as usual I didn’t receive anything. It’s a scam big time do not fall for it

They are a liar, on their website they say the delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, but it's already been 30 days and my physical license hasn't arrived. When I write emails, they only reply that everything is fine and that it will arrive soon, there is no tracking number to know if the shipment is true. Don't fall into the trap.

It is just a scam. Got myself a digital document for my trip to Bali. Got a pdf of 16 pages which anyone can make. Doesn’t look professional at all and as i asked questions about it got the reply they do not advise to use a digital document. Then why is it sold this way on the website?
