Your representative was extremely helpful in finding the best option for me to have the interlock installed. I really appreciated all her help. The only problem I had was the insurance company follow up. There were some challenges dealing with that company primarily just being passed around because the agency didn’t have a representative immediately, and I was put on hold and it just was a long process
