Terrible customer service! The man was a bully! I was sent two shells made out of styrofoam that I thought where light sconces for $250.00. When asked to return them I was told I would have to ship them back and pay a 15% restocking fee. They have these sconce in there lighting section of this website?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand that your expectations were not met, and we would like to address your concerns.
Our product description for the sconce shells clearly states "Sconce only – does not include light source." This is because there are many times when customers prefer to purchase the fixture and light source separately, allowing them to choose from a variety of modern lighting options such as LEDs. We have several such items in our 'paintable sconces' category.
Regarding the return policy, we have no choice but to uphold our company's policies in this case, which include a 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns. This fee is stated clearly on our website and is standard across our product range and is intended to cover the costs associated with processing returns. We understand that this may be disappointing, but we must adhere to these policies to maintain the quality and affordability of our products.
If you would like to proceed with the return, please follow the instructions provided in our return policy, and we will process the return as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your feedback, and we do take it into consideration as we continue to improve our website's clarity and user experience. If you have any further concerns or require assistance in choosing an appropriate light source for your sconce shells, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are always here to help.
I’m really happy with the beautifully carved newel post. Amazing craftsmanship. The customer service, ordering process and quick shipping made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Good quality product, good customer service. Received order very quick. I ordered few corbels and one was wrong kind. I worked with Albert on the issue, he was helpful and willing to work on the solution. My issue was resolved and I'm happy with product. I would order again.
This was one of easiest shopping experiences during my condo renovation
The guy I spoke yo over the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. My 44” ceiling medallion came in sooner than quoted and was more fabulous than I had expected it to be.
Fantastic customer service! Called me when they saw my order was back ordered and game me options of in stock items that would work for my project! Very proactive and saved me time!
I did like that I got questions answered however I paid $25 to have a hole drilled and it came with no hole. Plus it’s too big so I want to exchange it
I found exactly what I wanted and it only took a few days for shipping. It arrived in perfect conditions and looks stunning in my living room and bedroom ceiling! Ease to cut!
They did a great job on the phone helping me to get it right the first time there is everything to be said for one on one contact to get what u need when it comes to custom stuff. This is the place to go.
Columns assembled incorrectly
Ordering and delivering were great - no problems there. My complaint is that the column bases (which have a wider ~6.5" side and a narrower ~6" side) were attached differently, relative to the Ionic capital; one column had the wider side of the base facing the same direction as the capital, while the other had the thinner side of the base in the same position. The result is that the 2 columns profiles do not match and I have to cut down the size of the bases myself to get matching columns. A negligent mistake - Ionic capitals are not symmetrical all the way round so if the base is not of equal width and depth (as in this case) it's important they get attached in the same way.
