Great rates. Easy to navigate and to understand the workflow.
Cons:
Firefox browser not supported. There is no information on browser compatibility, I spent almost a day why I can't log in to the account until I switched the browser.
Perhaps can reduce the waiting period from the existing 7 days to 2-3 days. Next day clearing would be great.

We do have different processing times for each region we operate in; Singapore follows T+2, in Hong Kong it's T+3 and in Malaysia it's T+5. Very easy to use
I have been using this for 2 years now to schedule payments for my estate's maintenance fees, works like a charm and will highly recommend if in need to tide through difficult times, especially during this Covid-19 period.

The referral code only last for 1 month which is quite short. And there is no reminder to inform that the code is expiring. Customer service is not helpful to extend for the first time too.

We are sad to see the 2 star review because we did offer and suggest to you to take advantage of this months promo code which would have given you the same rate. We are sorry that this was not sufficient for you. Our promo codes do have expiry dates and we communicate this clearly when we offer them. This is implemented to be fair and consistent to all of our customers.
I set up a condo maintenance fee payment to Savills in June 2021 via ipaymy. The ipaymy website accepted the payment even though the MCST no. did not tally with the Condo's right bank account. The next few months were spent retrieving the money as Savills could not transfer the money between the two accounts. Ipaymy got involved, and the issue was settled almost 4 months later when Savills refunded the first payment, and I paid again via AXS. Ipaymy refused to refund my fee from June.
All the to-ing and fro-ing really undermined my confidence in ipaymy's reliability and processes. I'm better off using AXS or CardUp. They match the MCST no to the right bank account without the client having to check every detail!

Hi SQ, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We understand this issue was caused by providing ipaymy with incorrect bank details belonging to Savills. It is the responsibility of the user to provide ipaymy with the recipient’s correct bank
account details. Given the sensitive nature of our users’ payments, we make it mandatory on the checkout page to confirm that the payment amount and all payment details are correct. By clicking ‘confirm’ you agreed you provided the correct bank details.
Per ipaymy’s ‘On-Time Payment Guarantee’ the payment was made to the recipient’s bank account on-time per your instructions. It was after the payment was made that
we were informed by yourself of the bank account error. As a gesture of goodwill, ipaymy tried to recover the funds by liaising directly with Savills. ipaymy invested a total of 4 months to retrieve funds on your behalf. We eventually were able to find a solution within Savills’ operating policy that required 6 weeks to issue ipaymy a cheque and then refund your card. As per ipaymy’s policy, all fees are also non-refundable especially for payments that have been completed. Ultimately the funds for the payment were returned to you less the service fees. We believe we went above and beyond to ensure the payment was returned despite being provided the incorrect bank details. i am an active users for both CardUp and iPayMY.
iPayMY is better than CardUp, in terms of
~ allowing aggregation of a few payments together, into 1 payment.
CardUp is better than iPayMY, in terms of:
~ the release frequency and discount rate of promo codes,
~ setup ease for common Billing Organisations - CardUp already has a list of these preconfigured common Billing Organisations, so users do not need to find the configuration details, so can be assured of no wrong payments.
~ for the same UOB Mortgage Loan payment, iPayMY insists I can only pay a fixed amount, as shown in attachment. the Support staff insists, the payment amount cannot be more or less, must be EXACT to the cents. as the Mortgage Loan is for 2 owners, so some months i pay more, some months my co-owner pays more, so, iPayMY should allow us to pay any amount instead, to be practical.

Pros: shorter lead time and faster turn around times than it's competition. Competitive rates.
Cons:The UI is not as polished/not as easy to use. Lesser communication than it's competitors (e.g. when a recurring payment will be charged soon. Support lesser recipients and payment types
