Still no improvement after 1 year of missing AMEX card in Malaysia but available in Singapore and Hong Kong
Please introduce payment with AMEX card with slight higher transaction fees to cover your additional cost, we do not mind paying it.

Quite satisfied with my recurring payments experience.
I can look up details in my previous payments for future recurring payments.
Paying a new merchant is harder, requiring some documentation identifying your relationship to the merchant. Sometimes, setting up the payment takes long enough that my session expires, and I am forced to redo the setup.

My go-to platform but usability certainly can be improved
My preferred platform to accumulate miles. The usability has issues when one has many invoices to put through at one shot - a) in terms of downloading receipts (only one at a time) b) if there is an error, the previously input items need to be redone (and not 'saved in cart') c) need to key in all invoices again if using the one-off input method (not recurring) to avail oneself to the promo codes.

I’m a regular user of iPaymy. The customer service via charline especially Stefanie & Venessa has been responsive when I was new to iPaymy. Stefanie even go the extra mile to reach out to me using WhatsApp when she was on leave & I needed help or clarifications urgently.
It would be great if iPaymy could reward loyal customer with say $10, $20 off fee payment instead of just lower fee rates..
Also my card details were deleted during recent system upgrade & I have to re-input the card details again for 3 credit cards!!
