Art work as dawah
I appreciate the care and detail in packaging the product for shipment. My chosen art was intricate and delicate, it was delivered with care. Upon receipt was surprised as the art work was larger than I expected ( bonus one). Although the art is wooden it had a mirror finish I hadn’t noticed ( bonus two). The art looked better in person than on the website, I originally chose it because of the translation ( bonus). I am not only satisfied I am grateful for the choice I made with this company. This is the second set of art work I have purchased. I have purchased art from their competitors but by far I am most please with Islamic Wall Art. I confidently recommend them

I have already attempted to contact your team by email, n. I did receive one email asking me to send a photo, which I provided immediately, but I have not received any further response since then. The lack of follow-up and communication is very disappointing and does not reflect professional customer service.
