PROBLEM

Well, I love the product. However the communication between myself and your customer service is horrible..... I have tried for a good month to talk and email someone regarding a product I received in the wrong color,,, I have yet to speak with someone.. I ordered two Airbrush foundation kits a month ago, and received the wrong color, I ordered Warm Medium and got Fair.. Why is it I am unable to get ahold of anybody to help me with this return. I have been a long time customer.? Please help Linda Cohen

My Oder has not arrived

My Oder has not arrived, every time I reach out you send me the tracking. Clearly it has been lost in transit as it has been in Memphis since May 27th. I love the product but the service has been less than helpful

I have asked to return the foundations…

I have asked to return the foundations and have gotten no response. This foundation does not work for my skin.

A simple response would be appreciated.

I purchased 2 of the baked bronzer and received 2 of the WRONG product, which was the baked 3 in 1 foundation. I reached out, the very day I received these in the mail (to the support email), that included a front and back pic of 1 out of 2 of what I received and had received no response. I reached out a second time, replying to the email I received on June 10th asking how I’m liking my new purchase and again, no response. I would really appreciate it if someone respond to me. I was very excited to receive my purchase as I had only purchased the baked bronzer from Amazon previously. I thought it would be an even better experience going directly from your website, and to have this tupe of experience so far on top of not receiving what I ordered is very upsetting.
