I absolutely love the spray foundation

I absolutely love the spray foundation, plus the fact that it goes on so easily and blends in with my skin tone. The foundation saves time and money which is a huge plus. I miss the concealer I used to get. It really helps hide the dark circles around my eyes. I also love the eye shadow palette I purchased and wish there were more colors to purchase.

Have used Jerome Alexander for many years. Just tried the color changing and love it. Also tried the Baked Brilliance Foundation - game changer. Both products are so easy and look so natural. I'm 74 years young and so happy with these.

Haven't received my order

Haven't received my order. Tracking information shows stuck in memphis since June 1st. I've sent 7 emails and no response. Customer service sucks at this point. Been purchasing for my wife for years now without any issues until now. I understand is the shipper but you guys failed on the Customer support process. I would like a refund or my order reset ASAP. If this doesn't get resolved in 48 hrs I'm done purchasing anything from you again. I work hard for my money and I don't like when I don't get what I paid for. Thank.
