Poor Quality , Late Delivery , Poor Customer Service- no empathy

I’m not sure where to begin. This is the worst service I have received all my life ! 1. I bought a gift for Father’s Day to be delivered before the date and it was delivered to me 5 days after Father’s Day had passed 2. The product was of very low quality for the price it was placed at . 3. The names of my kids were arranged in a wrong format. 4. Emails were not responded to on time and it totally lacked empathy and was insensitive when it finally came. Their feedback meant they could care less as my purchase was not worth a good amount. I spent a hard earned £28.90 and I feel very cheated and maltreated .I am definitely not buying from Jesse made ever again.

No opportunity to return the item as it was too big. First offer was 15% off my next purchase, this was an offer already displayed on the website. Next offer was 30% refund so I took that as there was no other options.

Lovely design

Lovely design, and lovely bracelet the only problem with the bracelet is the clasp. It have come undone a few times it isn’t secure enough on the wrist, so unable to wear incase it gets lost.

Long waiting times

The bracelet was amazing but the whole sending bumpf offering free gifts etc got my goat a bit it reminded me of temu

Avoid — 1 order cancelled and the other order i recieved is made incorrectly and is of very poor quality the names bits are scratching after 1 wear

Overall a good experience

The product arrived as described and was very well received by my partner for father's day. I was worried about how the quality might be given the price but thought I'd take a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I did get concerned that it might not arrive in time after reading some of the reviews and emailed the company, they didn’t reply which made me worry more! Thankfully though, it did arrive in time. Overall a good experience and would use again, only criticism would be to reply to customers emails re their orders.

Darth Vader Keyring

Ordered my item on 5th June with the hope it would arrive in time for Father's Day on the 15th. Arrived the day after so wasn't too bad in the grand scheme of things. The Star Wars keyring itself is well made, husband was happy with it. Took a little while to peel the protective tape from the key ring but looked great once it was on show. Customer services got back to me straight away when I asked for a delivery update. Yodel sent a confirmation email once the item was it transit. Overall, happy with the service.

This is my second review, as requested from the last I updated my review with order number and email and still haven’t received my order JMUK48887, this order is gifts I have ordered for Fathers Day and I have again sent another email for an update and had no reply. Will not be ordering from this company again.

The names on the bracelet are up by the clasp and not in the center as they should be. I emailed you about this when l received the item but had no reply

Items arrived really quickly, but the quality wasn't as it looked online. And wasn't packaged very well as gift box was squashed and damaged.

Lovely gift set and I liked it very much. There was an option to buy a giftbox which I selected and when it came, it had the normal box as well. Not sure what I'm expected to do with an extra empty box. Better leave out the regular box if one has purchased a gift box instead.

Not impressed at all. Ordered a personalised product on 5th June, in plenty of time for Father’s Day. Was informed almost a week later that my order has been cancelled and refunded. No explanation, no apology. Too late to order another personalised gift now. My children are gutted as they chose this specifically! Tread carefully and don’t rely on this business.
