I’m stuck on these holsters.
I have purchased 3 magnetic holsters a 1 large magazine holster, also magnetic. The variations of how and where to wear them seems to be unlimited. Customer service and quality of products is unmatched. We all want next day delivery but realistically it is above average for being timely.

I paid $19.99 for FedEx Express…
I paid $19.99 for FedEx Express shipping because FedEx provided a guaranteed delivery date. The package arrived six days late. JM4 Tactical refused to refund the shipping fee, even though FedEx missed the commitment and even though FedEx allows shippers to request a refund for late deliveries. Their customer service completely sidestepped the issue and tried to use their internal processing-time FAQ to justify not refunding a FedEx Express charge. That has nothing to do with the fact that the paid shipping service failed. If you’re thinking about paying extra for FedEx Express, don’t. JM4 Tactical will charge you for a premium service but won’t take responsibility when that service fails.

Our FedEx shipments are shipped via a standard 2-day. This service has not been included on the money back guarantee since COVID - approximately 6 years ago. The only 2-day service that falls under this is the 2-day AM service which costs around $65 to ship with. Upon placing your order there was absolutely no commitment or guarantee of any date you would receive the package, so you did not pay an extra $19.99 to receive your package by a certain date. You paid an extra $10 to have your order shipped using FedEx as opposed to USPS. As previously stated via email the only guarantee offered prior to and upon placing your order is that your order would ship from our facility within 7-14 business days via FedEx Express Services, both of which were fulfilled. Once your item has been shipped, FedEx provides an “ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE” - this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Estimated refers to a rough calculation, educated guess, or approximate - none of which should be confused with a guarantee. Prior to COVID when this service was included in the guarantee it specifically stated on our website FedEx Express 2-Day Guarantee. Our website has not said that in 6 years because there is no guarantee on the service without paying $65+ for a shipping service. The holsters are the very best quality and performance I've seen. I can wear my ISWB with no problem and totally not detectable when wearing a shirt and or jacket.
I was skeptical about this holster but…
I was skeptical about this holster but thought I would give it a try. I wore it out to breakfast with my son and it was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it. I am a bigger guy so it's hard to find a comfortable holster. I will be buying a few more for my other carry guns.

High Ride holster/Customer Service
The customer service is top notch I needed help figuring out which high ride holster I needed the customer service rep. asked for a picture of my pistol and then went out to the shop to find out which one I needed.I ordered it on 7/9/26 it got here on 7/13/26.The craftsmanship is beautiful I'll be recommending jm4 holsters to everyone.

Nice Holster for my Pocket Carry
Seems like a nice holster for my pocket carry (Ruger LCP Max). Pretty stiff leather for an ultralight weapon, so it will take some time to break in I believe. Have only had it a week and did follow the break-in instructions in the video.
Finally, a gun holster that is comfortable in all situations
This is the first time I’ve bought a gun holster that actually fit me and is comfortable to wear in any situation. I am very impressed and happy with this product and I highly recommend it.
