I want to start by saying that my glasses took longer than expected to arrive due to a USPS delay, but let me tell you, Jollynova's customer service made all the difference. Daniel was responsive to every concern I raised without hesitation. A replacement pair was sent and I even received a partial refund for the inconvenience and the wait. I finally received my glasses and I absolutely love them! The whole experience reminded me that a company's true character shows in how they handle problems and Jollynova passed with flying colors. A huge shout out to Daniel and the entire Jollynova customer service team. You turned a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

An unbelievably high quality product at any price, but so affordable it's almost too good to be true. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend! Already ordered my second AND third pairs.

Exceptional Value and Style I am incredibly pleased with my new Cort Acetate Titanium frames. The White Hawksbill design is stylish and high-quality, especially considering the very reasonable price point. The process of adding my prescription lenses was seamless, and the customer service has been excellent throughout. From placing the order to delivery took approximately 2-3 weeks, which was well worth the wait. High-leverage quality without the typical designer markup.

Edit. A very disappointing product. Purchased this online expected a higher quality but was provided a cheap product. Very flimsy, inaccurate size and nowhere near worth what they're asking for. do not waste your time or money. Jollynova was kind enough to provide a refund. Thank you.

Jollynova is Great
I recently placed an order for prescription glasses from Jollynova. I received them and they have been great. I was in real need as my other glasses had broken...they expedited delivery. The cost, quality of materials and style are top notch. A comparable product at other stores would have been at least 4x as much. I have placed another order with Jollynova. I forgot to order replacement nose pads with the order..I contacted them about adding to the order - and they are including at no charge. Awesome. I totally recommend Jollynova to anyone needing stylish eyeware at a very reasonable price.

I’ve purchased several pairs of high index progressives from Jollynova and have been pleased with the quality every time. The frames and lenses are well made and fashion forward for an excellent price point. On average, it took about 2 1/2 weeks from ordering to receipt, with easy tracking via the Shop app. Jollynova’s website could be a bit more user friendly but their customer service has been excellent, with prompt responses.

Jollynova is a great place to get glasses from, very easy process and good prices! We had a small mix up with my first order but they resolved it very quickly and nicely with great customer service. Would definitely buy from again!

Long time waiting for the glasses but I am satisfy with the quality and price. Customer service was very helpful every time iI wrote but the most satisfactory part for me was the final result of the glasses: I wear them and I enjoy the work they did!
Received my prescription glasses today
Received my prescription glasses today. Prescription lenses were exact and the frames are better quality than the designer brand I previously had. Will definitely be getting my glasses from Jollynova moving forward.
Second experience not as good as the first (but they addressed it)
Update: JollyNova reached out after getting this review and expedited my order. I received both additional sets by Mid-March. Once again, the fit and prescription was excellent. I will definitely order again. -------------------------------------------------------- I will start that this review is based on my second order from JollyNova. My first order went smoothly. The fit was good and the prescription, include progressive lenses, was excellent. This is why I ordered a second and third pair of glasses. My second order is a concern. When I asked for a status update, to their credit, they did respond in a timely fashion. However they noted "Our factory is currently relocating, so there may be a slight delay in shipping. We hope you can understand." I am willing to be patient, based on the experience in my first order. However, they should have been much more proactive in providing the update regarding the factory relocation. As of today, I do not have a clear date when the glasses will be built, let alone delivered. As these are shipped overseas, I am willing to be flexible on timelines as these are typically outside the manufacturer's control. However, having no firm date of manufacture or source shipping date has left a bad taste in my mouth, considering they already have my money. If this had been my first order, my review would have been much lower.
