The Jovs Blacken X DPL Photofacial device arrived broken.Despite the fact that the UPS box was not damaged in any way, the device itself was damaged, and some of the plastic pieces are missing-I have not found them inside.Since I could not turn the device on , I can’t honestly say much about the performance yet. However,I can say that I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the damaged device. I am very happy to say that within 24 hours, I was offered a repplacement. So, a big thumbs up up for their customer setvice and quick response!

I have had my Jovs unit for almost 3 months and am very happy with it. I have been using it consistently and can already see improvement in my skin. Not only is the product good but their customer service is outstanding. Any issues I have had have been dealt with within hours of my reaching out. I am very satisfied with my ex perience with this company.
It truly works
I love the jovs products. I have the shorts and pants… easy to wear while doing your housework or just sitting around. I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and feel that my inner thighs and butt are getting firmer. Definetly recommend
JOVs mask is great
JOVs mask is great, very comfortable and effective. With about 3 time a week i have noticed a difference with regular use. After about 9 months some of the diodes did not light and they took care of it immediately with a very fast exchange. Great company and product!
I love my JOVS red light laser mask - I notice a difference!
I love my JOVS red light laser mask! I really see the difference in, not only my wrinkles, but also my skin brightness. I use it pretty religiously, for at least 15 min most days of the week. My usual routine includes beginning at the M1 setting for 10-15 min, and then switching to the M2 or M3 setting for another 10-15 min. I typically do it at night when I am winding down for bed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the mask began failing within 9 months of receiving it. The lights would only work if I manually held the cord into the controller. However, they are replacing it, which is great news! I highly recommend this product and company!
Jovs 6D mask
I’ve had my Jovs 6D mask for a couple of months and have enjoyed using it the red light and EMS functions. I have been using red light generally for over a year, and I think it has helped the overall complexion and smoothness of my skin. Definitely something I will keep in my routine. My mask stopped working today and I emailed customer service, and they responded within minutes offering to replace it.

Had an issue with my laser hair removal device but customer service team was super helpful and responded right away. The device itself does a good job at reducing hair growth but gets hot quickly, so you have to take breaks in between sessions.

I just received my JOVS device today, so I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but I’m already very impressed with the overall experience. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. JOVS customer service is excellent
JOVS customer service is excellent! I have had the 4D and now 6D masks and my face looks significantly younger than my 72 years. Of course, I take good care of it, and 2 or 3 sessions per week with the mask is all it takes to see a real difference. I recently had a problem with the remote, but JOVS customer service is sending a replacement. All in all, a great company and products.

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. They are very quick to respond and it’s not chat bot. It’s just so good to have actual person to help me. Only one thing I wasn’t super satisfied was that the first product they sent was broken or something and I couldn’t use. But it’s okay because they will send me the replacement! Just waiting for the replacement arrived but I will give 4.8 stars.
