I’ve been loving the JOVS 6D mask. It’s comfortable enough that I can wear it around the house and multitask. It’s so comfortable I’ve actually started using it as part of my bedtime routine because it’s relaxing and helps me wind down. I can feel a light tingling on my skin while I’m wearing it, and the EMS is strong enough that you can actually feel your facial muscles working and lifting.

I did have an issue with the remote shortly after receiving it, but I was very impressed with JOVS customer service. They were quick to respond, very communicative throughout the process, and made getting a replacement remote easy and hassle-free. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with both the product and the customer service.

I've been using the face mask and neck device for 1 month straight, and so far am having a good response with my skin on level 3 for 30 min. The complete device is easy to wear--I love being able to see through the eye hole but still get light coverage around eyes and especially around my mouth. The customer service is quick to respond and take care of any issues.

I experienced an issue with my product failing to charge. I was able to reach out to support and get assistance in getting a replacement. I ordered 2 items and I’ve been able to use the shorts which I really like so far! I’m hoping to get my replacement belt soon so I can begin using it! I got the replacement and it also had the same issue. It would not charge either. The refund offered won’t even cover the cost of getting a new belt. Terrible resolution. Terribly disappointed that 2 of the belts had issues.
