I am glad that I have this chance to speak to you about your jewelry. I am a collector and love high quality costume jewelry. I have pieces that are over 25 years old and still are beautiful. I included one of my favorite necklaces in the picture I am attaching. The color seemed more copper and it was very light. I wanted to give it time so I am wearing it to get the feel of it. The crystal bead is very small and when I look at it on, it looks copper. I usually wear gold with my brass jewelry and it looks good. This looks different. I love your website and your message. The women on Tiktok love you as well. It appears that maybe the design has changed a little?? Because they appear larger and more brass on the website. I thought maybe it was the lighting in my room. Just wanted to explain, so you can see the issue I'm having. I was so glad to see it on sale and bought it. These days money is so much tighter and I think most women want quality if they spend more. Just consider for future designs. I couldn't find where to send picture.

I saw this necklace all over my FYP on TikTok and fell in love with it. I absolutely love my necklace. I lost my husband of 31 years Christmas Day of 2024 so anything with the letter K for our last name and gravitate towards when I saw this necklace I did not hesitate to buy it. It is beautiful.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHEAP LOOKING SILVER NECKLACES. Ordered 4 products- 2 of the silver necklaces appear dingy - grey in color. They look cheap and nothing like the bright shiny pictures on their website. I contacted the company to see if they needed cleaning and they replied this is “normal” and intentional. I asked why their pictures of the same products do not look this way they cut off communication. However, they did suggest I purchase additional products they claim would be shinier. Do not recommend and will not be wasting any more of my money with them.
I’ve ordered a lot from Katie Designs and I do love my collection. However, I bought rings for my daughter and her friends for Christmas and they’ve already reported back that the rings turn their fingers black. So disappointed. I’m so embarrassed.

I am absolutely appalled and disappointed - if I had the option, I would give them zero stars! The color of the gold jewelry they sent is nothing like the online photos they use to advertise. It's a dark, unappealing gold that looks cheap and tacky. It's honestly the most unattractive gold color I've ever seen!
I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a solution, but I was met with a lack of empathy and assistance. I was informed that I could only return one out of the four necklaces I had purchased, as the others were marked as final sale. While I understand the concept of final sale, I believe that it's unacceptable for a company to advertise one color and then send something completely different.
The customer service representative I interacted with simply repeated, "We understand that you're frustrated, but there's nothing we can do." This left me feeling helpless and disappointed, having spent $170 on ugly gold necklaces that were intended as Christmas presents.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The misrepresentation of their product and the poor customer service I received has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Beautiful packaging , and I actually love it more in person than the photos. So happy with the purchase . I want the gold one now. 🦋Paula

My first purchase was the original necklace RWTFYA! OMGOODNESS. Gorgeous piece and so well made. The magnetic clasp is a revelation! The different ways you can layer and have multiple intentions really set the mood for my day.

Wood beads give me an allergic reaction unfortunately!! It turns out that these beads are coated with formaldehyde. This toxin creates many allergic problems. I hope that Katia will produce responsibly a more healthy & safe product instead of hiding this fact. I cannot wear many items that I paid a lot of money for.
