Good App, I've used the app on and off for a few years
I've used the app on and off for a few years. It's a good app. Like any app, there are somethings that can be improved upon, but honestly, it meets my needs, especially for the price. I love the grocery list. When purchasing grocery items, the size of items will exceed what you need because the recipes don't call for huge amounts. I use the same weekly menu for consecutive weeks since i have an abundance of the ingredients. I also change my menu plan, sometimes daily if I change my mind about a meal, i search for a meal that i already have ingredients for and replace it . You can also create your own meal. I also purchase keto friendly snacks and scan them into the app. You have to be careful that the nutritional info matches the box and you correctly enter the serving size. It's missing the box to enter dietary fiber, so I think that may be an issue with manual meal creation. I noticed even when I scan some items, the numbers may be off by a few points, but when you're doing keto, that matters. Overall, I feel this app is a 5, because I've used it for a few years, I kinda know my way around some of the very minor issues... like meal creation.

Lots on offer , but the payment page doesn’t mention what currency it’s using. I am in Australia, and when there is no notation that’s it’s in USD on the final payment page I presume it’s in AUD - not a great surprise when the PayPal receipt hits telling me it’s in USD. I hope the rest of the program is more transparent than this - not the best first impression. Gone from a 4 to a 2 star

Subscription doubled
Apps ok but my £60 subscription doubled to £120. When I contacted them they stated the terms and conditions states they can change fees. Fair point - but double?? An inflation rise I’d accept but double is ridiculous- be careful with these people

They charged me without consent and then promised me a full refund within 14 days! I never got this and when I reached out they offered me 25%. The next thing they told me is that they can't give refunds! I decided to click on the app to see if maybe I could utulize it...garbage app that does little more than track steps and carbs...not worth the money!

What a rip off! They pursue you relentlessly to sign up but don't give you details on the offer so you have to agree to see what is on offer. Pretty awful offer really and guess what...No refunds.
