I really like the meal plans they provide, and the fact that you can customize them by choosing food and meal preparation preferences. The website is very user-friendly, and customer service has been great. I had technical problems generating meal plans to begin with, but they took care of it for me. Great website! They also have a mobile app, which I have not used yet.

The app needs some work. It may have given some good ideas on meal recipes. But the food tracking was a joke. Very few items I scanned populated details.

I’ve started my second week with Keto Cycle and couldn’t be happier. I’ll be honest, I’ve been telling anyone who will listen how cool I find this site so far. I’ve already lost 8 lbs by following the recipes as written. I love that it takes all the guesswork out of my day. Being able to pick my shopping list by day instead of by recipe also helps. I work two jobs, so time is hard to come by. This app also lets you specify your preferences regarding amount of prep time by meal, the types of meat you do or don’t eat, and your allergies. After the first couple of days, I really don’t have cravings. I’ve tried different approaches, but I just feel better with this one. I don’t feel like I’m being restrictive. The food is interesting. I’ve learned a few new things about cooking. I really couldn’t be happier.

This app has helped me tremendously. I go to school and work full time so the meal prep time option is amazing. 30 min to prep a meal is perfect for me. The meals are delicious. I lose a lbs a day for the first 2 weeks and it makes me feel so confident. This app is user friendly and helps keep you on track.

I could not be more adamant about recommending that you stay away from this app. The food library is incredibly limited. Don't even bother trying to use the scanner because it doesn't match up to anything in their library. They have no options. If you are eating at a commercial establishment. You cannot enter your workouts unless you have paid extra for their workouts and then it is only their workouts that you can enter. There is a reason that they do not offer a free trial for the app. It is simply because if people used the free trial they would not keep going and pay their prices. Update - Keto cycle contacted me after my initial review. They wanted contact information so they could speak to me directly. Have never actually heard from them again. This app sucks! My wife and both purchased it and it is inaccurate and not very user friendly. If there are any positive reviews, then employees wrote them

I honestly thought I had cancelled my subscription … KETO just wasn’t working the way it had in the beginning. I was so saddened when I found out that that the program had once again hit my bank account. A very upset customer … will not recommend.

The meals are available to do but I prefer to make up my own, although did like very much, one or two of them. I tried the chocolate cup cakes, but didn't like them! I need to get some urine strips but feel I must be in ketosis, to be losing weight so well. I feel your site could be more easily followed with small changes, but I'm pretty hopeless manoevering on Web sites anyway! I 'm forever asking google whether a certain food is keto friendly so a suggestion would be to list Foods that are/ are not high in carbs. Anyway, you are good and I think you are very helpful. .

If I could give this a zero rating, I would. Garbage App and inaccurate numbers on carb contents for food. I have done keto before and knew within 2 hours that the numbers were bogus. Told me my 3 cups of steamed, frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots was 70+ grams of carbs when I knew from the nutrition information on the bag it was 20 grams MAX. I cancelled within 6 hours of purchasing and requested a refund. They replied that they only refund for a faulty app..(they mean non functional, NOT inaccurate), and GENEROUSLY (insert sarcasm here) offered me a 25% refund. I'm contacting my credit card company this morning to 1) try and have this charge reversed and 2) Ensure they can't try and renew it in 90 days. *UPDATE* October 5/24. The 25% refund has never materialized. The credit card company unfortunately tells me they can't reverse the charge since the technically sent a product, even if the product was garbage. I did get the standard "We're reaching out to you (privately) to address your concerns" from Keto, but zero response after that. I got an email from Trustpilot saying Keto Cyle wanted my order details to "confirm" I was an actual customer.. I provided the receipt and order numbers and have heard nothing since. I would be interested to know 1) How many of these positive reviews are written by an employee(s) and who has ever been contacted after a negative review. I'm thinking this is a sham company selling a (TERRIBLE) cut and paste keto program $50.00 at a time. This is a shade above fraud. Fortunately for me, I have a small limit credit card for on line business which I have cancelled so they can't renew me. AVOID THIS "COMPANY"!!!

BEWARE SCAMMERS. I signed up for the free trial and cancelled within 24 hours and have been charged for a subscription and so far have refused to priced a refund.
