Honestly please think carefully before signing up to this l hadn’t realised it auto renewed l contacted them the same day and got told rather bluntly to read the terms and as a good will gesture they would refund 25%that is not a good will gesture ! I had to stop the diet due to it causing major problems so can’t use the app.Its so sad to see a company behaving like this as this is not the actions of a reputable company it’s a scam company tricking you out of your money says a lot if this is what they have to do for it !! After reading other review realise now this is the case .

be careful about buying what you think is a one-off subscription I didn't like the programme and haven't used for a year However 3 weeks ago $177 nz dollars got taken out of my account as in fine print it says it's a yearly subscription I've had the complete run around and being in NZ its absolutely awful experience and I don't have a leg to stand on Buyer beware
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and the unexpected charge. We understand how upsetting it can be to come across an automatic renewal when it wasn’t anticipated. We strive to make our subscription terms clear and appreciate feedback like yours to help us improve our communication. We regret that your experience has been difficult, especially from New Zealand, and we’d like to make this right. If you haven’t already, please email us so we can review your situation and assist further. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to help resolve this.

It didn’t take me 5 minutes to realize this program wanted hundreds of dollars for extra things . Not much included in the monthly plan . After seeing that I went in and cancelled within 7 minutes of purchasing. Didn’t mater in the last 30 days they have charged over 100$ to my card. Tried to call and they don’t except phone calls . Totally a rip off
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and the negative experience you had. We strive to be transparent about our pricing and offerings, and it’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t clear for you. We take your concerns seriously, and we want to make things right.
