I recently had an extremely negative experience with Keto Cycle Diet, and I want to share my story to warn other consumers. I initially signed up for a monthly plan that cost $6, but the company used my credit card to renew the subscription automatically without my explicit consent, charging me $50 per month. This happened repeatedly, and at no point was I informed or did I agree to this practice.
These unexpected charges have caused me serious financial difficulties and significant debt in my home country. I tried to resolve the issue with customer support, but I was unable to recover my money or effectively stop future charges.

Poor Customer service
I found almost immediately (in 1day) that the food plan was not compatible with my food needs; attempted to cancel and get a refund, per their policy. Have not been able to do so and was charged twice. I am reaching out to them again - will update if I am able to get a satisfactory response.
UPDATE. After writing the negative review and sending several messages, I got a reply. They gave me a partial refund, which was the last payment I made, but not the first payment (although I contacted them after first payment and believed I had cancelled the subscription). So, they do respond but if you don’t get quick response, you might need to write a negative review. I am grateful, however, that I got a refund on the last payment I made.
