Kikoff is what I needed to help me jumpstart my road to good credit. They not only helped me to understand what was holding my credit scores down, but they also helped me to get my credit score up. So much so, that I was able to purchase my new car with a very low finance rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used kikoff for 1 ur my credit score went up 13 points thats it so I unsubscribed from tjem theu reported to tje 3 credit bureaus that I missed a payment amd dropped my credit 22 points I would not recommend using these scammers it's a lie do not use tj unless you wamt poor credit reviews definitely do not unsubscribe or tjeu will report you

Kikoff is an 11 out of 10!

I recently joined kickoff in hopes of building my credit when other similar options had failed and so far everything about it has exceeded my expectations. It's very user friendly and delivers positive results quickly. One thing that I have been particularly impressed with, is the customer service. On several occasions I have utilized the AI chat as well as interacted with the human customer service chat and both are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, quick and have been able to resolve my issue or questions easily. The AI chat bot is the best I've ever interacted with hands down. Very well made, and effective, has relevant information and capabilities that many others I've experienced don't have. The human agents are also very personable and knowledgeable, helpful and are always able to assist with whatever my needs are. They don't give you the feeling that they are just utilizing canned responses or that they don't care enough to actually understand why you are reaching out. They truly care and interact with you accordingly which I appreciate to the fullest. Kickoff in general as a service is very innovative and offers a variety of tools to help you achieve your credit building goals with minimal effort. In the short time I've been using it, my credit has already risen out of the 500s to the high 600s. Last thing I will mention, because I was truly surprised and impressed by this, but when I reached out to find information about how to take care of a credit collection account on my credit report, the AI was able to not only provide information for that account, but also offered the option for kickoff to reach out on my behalf and potentially negotiate a pay down to get it taken care of. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking to build or maintain their credit, to sign up for kickoff. You won't be disappointed.

So far so good. It does help with your credit. The only thing im unsure about is accuracy. I check ea credit bureaus individually and the scores do not reflect what Kikoff shows. Im sure it's just me needing more knowledge on how it works with the other bureaus.

FRAUD!!

FRAUD!!! DONT DO IT !!!! I did it for one month and my credit score went up 5 points they sent me a bill for $430 dollars and when I disputed it they DEMOLISHED MY CREDIT SCORE its now DOWN OVER 100 POINTS BECAUSE OF THEM THEY EXTORT PEOPLE FOR MONEY WHILE DOING NOTHING ITS NOT WORTH IT IT WILL HURT YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!

I just noticed on my credit report they say they gave me a credit limit of $3,500 and I used $450 of it I don’t think so. I closed the account May 9th and they stated in a email that I don’t owe kickoff any money, I cancelled because of the monthly fees. I never used $450 dollars to purchase anything and I don’t owe you anything. This has to be a scam you are supposed to help people not take advantage of them.

Kikoff Credit Builder Scam

I opened a Kikoff Credit Builder Loan for $120. You never receive the money. It sits in a locked account. You pay $10/month. When I realized this wasn't helping my credit, I closed the account in March 2026 and withdrew my remaining balance of $80. Kikoff then reported a late payment on my credit report. I asked them to remove it. They refused. In their response to my CFPB complaint, Kikoff posted my payment schedule. Here's what it shows: They have payments listed for April and May 2026 — months after I closed my account. They are billing me for a closed account. Then reporting me late for not paying. Their own contract (Section 10) says "no penalty for prepayment." Reporting a late payment IS a penalty. If you're considering Kikoff, know this: When you try to close your account, they may keep your money AND hit your credit with a false late payment. Read the other 1-star reviews. This is not a one-time mistake. It's how they do business. Update: Kikoff responded to this review on Sunday at 7 AM asking me to call them. I appreciate the response, but I will only communicate in writing. My request remains simple: remove the false late payment from my credit report. I have already filed complaints with the CFPB and BBB. Once Kikoff removes the late payment and provides written confirmation, I will update this review to reflect resolution.

You tell them you want to close the Account because of their unsure business practices. They charged me $245.00 from where they never explained why. Months later I seen on my CREDIT report that I owe Kikoff $245.00 Kikoff destroyed my CREDIT. This so called company is taking advantage of innocent people who want to build their credit

Kikoff is a scam! I paid $35 per month on time for 12 months, paid off my account, did not help my score at all but if I don’t renew it will damage my credit that it never helped, it is extortion and blackmail but I’m not falling for it anymore! BEWARE!!!!!!

Complete scam. Avoid this company, it's pretty pathetic they target individuals attempt to build their credit with this. Do yourself a favour and read the Reddit threads on them.

I hate self-important companies like…

I hate self-important companies like this that spam you 5 times a day and then continue to send it when you change the notification settings. I have everything off, and yet I still get 5 or more emails a day. Honestly, I'm regretting signing up for this company because they are harassing me to upgrade when I haven't even seen the effects from my current plan. It's non stop. I now report all their emails as spam, which is a shame because now I won't get the important stuff. I also removed the app from my phone for being to intrusive. I'll finish my year and then I will never do business with this company again.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Kickoff so far. The service has truly helped me build and improve my credit exactly as advertised, and one thing I really appreciate is how consistent they are with communication and updates regarding everything related to my credit progress. Why is this company wanting 80 dollars…

Why is this company wanting 80 dollars from me I never signed up with them they are pressuring me to give 80 dollars or they will take my credit report points . How are they legal . So unfair. I can’t taffy get legal help to stop them .

Its all great until you change banks…

Its all great until you change banks and try to change your payment method. "Add Card"? Nope, I tried 2 debit cards and a credit card. Entered the info, the "enter" or "submit" button won't light up. Customer Service is some guy in the Philippines who tells me he can't fix it or even TAKE A PHONE PAYMENT. What manner of shite is that? I went ahead and filled a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office and I'll reach out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because these incompetents will report me late and ruin my credit over $20. Not today! I'll contact my beloved Senators Rick Scott and Ashley Moody. Yeah, I'm 65 and there are "Enhanced Penalties" in Florida for screwing the elderly. I'm not the one. UPDATED 5/12 Email my payment is due 6/9 and my payment "will process in the next few days" 27 days EARLY!! What the hell is going on? If it's due on June 9th, why are they processing it 20+ days early? They can explain it to the Attorney General's Office! I'm done with these CRIMINALS.

I recently discovered that Kikoff is showing up on my credit report, even though I never signed up for any of their services. This was both confusing and concerning, so I contacted their customer support to get clarification. During the call, I specifically asked them to provide proof of any agreement or document that I personally signed authorizing this account. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide anything with my signature and instead directed me to a generic agreement on their website, which does not verify my consent. I have formally requested that this account be removed from my credit report, as I did not authorize it. I’m currently waiting to see how they resolve this issue, but I wanted to share my experience in case others are facing something similar. I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your credit report and addressing any unfamiliar accounts immediately.
