Everyday people find the online ordering system extremely straightforward, quick to complete, and very simple to navigate without encountering any annoying hassle. SENT ME A DAMAGED BIKE

This company does not care about there customers if you order something hopefully it comes correct if it does not like mine it will be a hassle getting a new one I ordered a new bike and I’m assuming it went through inspection but it had a hole a burnt mark and scratches I asked to get a new bike the told me I should’ve took the bike if it was like that when they delivered I wasn’t home and I called to confirm before hand if I needed to be home upon delivery they told me no because they don’t require a signature and I didn’t have to make an appointment for delivery. They forced me to take what I didn’t want but before that I ask for a refund and told them to get the bike back or could they deliver a new one that was a hassle as well end of story I still stuck with a damaged bike when I purchased a new one and a replacement piece that I will have to pay someone to put on because I’m not a bike mechanic hopefully yours come in how it’s supposed to if you still choose to order not to mention everyone I spoke with agreed with me until they got the owner I guess on the phone NEVER AGAIN BEWARE

They refused to send me the title for a…

They refused to send me the paperwork needed to get the title for a 50cc scooter I bought. I filled out the MCO, then they asked me to take a picture of the vin# (this was already provided on MCO), then they asked me to verify the address (which they already have), then when I call them they just resend the MCO form for me to fill out again and hang up on me while I'm talking to them, and when I call back it goes straight to voicemail. It has been more than two months of this back and forth. I will never buy anything from them again and warn others to go to a different place if you need to register your vehicle (or don't want to deal with people wasting your time). At this point I'm considering legal action because what am I suppose to do with a scooter I can't use on the street leagally? Even trying to sell it is a pain without the title. Update: I did finally receive the paperwork after two months of back and forth. Funny thing is, I was ready to give them five stars if not for the paperwork debacle.

Bought 2 four wheelers from them

Bought 2 four wheelers from them. One ran fine the other needed a new solenoid and battery. They refused to help fix or replace anything. Instead sent me instructional videos on how to start the thing. Customer service was nonexistent. Buy your toys from a different company just incase it comes broke … these guys won’t help fix it

I LIVED IN PHOENIX

I LIVED IN PHOENIX, AZ AND KILLER DELIVERED MY 49CC TAOTAO PONY 50 TO MY DOOR FROM TEXAS VIA 18WHEELER . IT WAS PROPERLY CRATED AND IN PRISTINE SHAPE EXCEPT I HAD A FEW THINGS TO BOLT ON (HANDLEBARS & FRONT TIRE PLUS THELUGGAGE CARRIER. ALL WAS VERY SATISFACTORY TO ME AND I AM THINKING THAT WITH 6100 GOOD MILES(REPLACED A BATTERY IN PHOENIX at 116 degrees ) I MAY BE READY TO GET A NEW ONE FROM THEM
