It’s been a good four wheeler but website it on pavement only and one of the tires is flat.i think it came from the factory with a hole in the tire.

The bike was delivered earlier than expected. The delivery company R&L has a great tracking system. Driver called when he was close by. I'm very happy with my experience.

This was my third purchase from this…

This was my third purchase from this site. We bought two 110cc quads and now this 125cc quad. Our first experience was great so I felt comfortable using them for this purchase as well. So many sites have such mixed reviews. Communication was quick and clear. Shipping was as expected and product arrived as ordered and as described. We chose to assemble ourselves. It was not difficult. Highly recommend for online purchase of atv.

I purchased Tao Motor 110cc NEW Boulder…

I purchased Tao Motor 110cc NEW Boulder - Kids 110cc ATV in pink as a first option and yellow as a second choice option, i was sent the yellow ATV which was somewhat disappointing but wasn't a big deal. upon purchasing this item I paid for the assembly of the ATV so i had all hopes in being able to see my child riding and enjoying her Christmas gift. I called on Christmas Eve Christmas day and 12/29/24 on both calls made on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day i spoke with a individual said to be the manger Jim, before making my purchase Jim was comforting in promoting the sale and informative of the company after the purchase was complete the customer service shifted 100% speaking to Jim both times he was short temper, continuously cutting me off mid sentence or question making me feel unheard. i would ask him specific questions he ignored me giving no answers to any of my questions when i explained to Jim that i suffer from mental and emotional disability and didn't understand why he was being so rude and disrespectful to me. JIM was very hostile deliverance in the way he was speaking at me instead of speaking with me Jim was making me uncomfortable in several different way with being in a already vulnerable place after losing out on 1048$ requesting to speak to a different representative. he said and i quote " if i can not help you no one here can help you especially with your disability, this isn't something with specialize in so i'm going to have to end the call" even after i went to try to explain that it isn't the situation its the individual in how he was handling me in a mockingly way making me feel bullied as he aburtly disconnected the call not before saying he would have my contact number flagged. i have the entire phone call recorded. I asked him who the CEO was he said he wasn't allowed to give me this information. i went on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and also made a review where i was informed that this business isn't even registered with BBB there so many RED FLAGS i wish i was aware of before spending my hard earned money with a company who is okay with taking ones money and producing faulty or damaged product and than when calling to get a resolution for the issue being cut short told to go and spend more money to get it fixed EVEN THOUGH MY CHILD NEVER GOT TO RIDE IT NOT ONCE!!! JIm really hurt my feeling mainly because i still have a ATV that isnt property put together and i have no support from anyone to fix the situation ultimately losing out on 1048$ i paid for assemble along with the price of he ATV and delivery and i was sold a ATV with gasline disconnected of some sort the reason i paid for assembly was because i am a single mother with not experience with mechanic, but i believed that with some one willing to talk me through the situation i may of been able to fix wat isnt properly assembled on BBB the had some really great rating ATV online sales and id recommend them over KILLER MOTOR SPORTS dream machines of texas 360 Powersports L&L AUTOLINK lcc Wild Child Cycles im going to do all i can to get the bike up and running fixed even though i live on a fixed income and i paid for it to be assembled if u can PREVENT IT I URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY

Bought a Tao Tao 50cc scooter and put…

Bought a Tao Tao 50cc scooter and put it together myself,not my first one. Got it together,no more than putting the front tire on, front fender, and a front body panel. Got it started up and it has a bad bog. So I called and talked to some guy who kept saying I should have paid for the dealer prep, could not give me a single idea as to the problem. Fix it myself or take it to a shop, Brand new and I should take it to a shop? sure. The last one I bought 5 years ago has been perfect right out of the crate, This guy was worthless, be careful.

They both work awesome. Transportation packaging was slightly damaged but all in all good quality.

Easy to put together. Came with all of the parts needed. The boy rode the fourwheeler for 8hrs the first day. Hills, uneven terrain, and through a creek. Fourwheeler did great.

I started looking around at various sites to get my son his first four wheeler for Christmas. There were other sites with higher ratings but I can’t say anything but good things about killer motorsports. I ordered my bike one 12/7 and received it a week later even with it being the Christmas busy season. The company did make me verify my identity before my card ran, which I appreciated. They answered the phone one out of two times I called immediately but then for the second time they called me back within an hour. If you’re looking for a company to do business with, this one’s been excellent so far!

I called the company to ask a question about delivery time, and I received a clear and prompt response. The ATV arrived very fast, via FedEx, and without any damage. In fact, the packaging was superb. I recommend Killer Motorsports very highly.

Read before purchasing…

Read before purchasing… We try to be fair in doing reviews and provide honest opinions on items. After doing our research, we settled on the TAO Cheetah Platinum 125 for a Christmas present. Several dealers had the unit in stock and we chose Killer Motorsports for the purchase. The specifications outlined on the website were what we were looking for in a starter ATV for new riders. It has a governor for speed limiting, a remote kill switch for the adults to use should they need to protect their rider from injury, and a lanyard for killing the unit should the rider fall off. The specs also mentioned LED (DRL) and brake light, which we verified with Killer Motorsports and others dealers and their associates before purchasing. The pictures also noted that the Cheetah Platinum was “NEW”, so being 2024, we figured that’s what we would receive (note, this was advertised this way on the other dealerships websites as well). What we got, was a unit that was sitting in storage since 08-2022. The packaging was pretty dusty when it arrived but was unclear if that occurred in transit to the northeast or not. While it had the safety features noted above, it does not have LED lights like the description indicates. Disappointing for even a 2022 model in the modern age. A call to TAO directly indicated they never made that unit with LED lighting and blamed it on their web developer. The 2024 model doesn’t have them either, so if unhappy, we could return it (poor customer service). As far as receiving the 2022 model, they deferred us to Killer Motorsports directly, again, accepting no blame. We received the same response from them regarding the age and headlight issue, if unhappy, return it. We were also missing a breather tube for the gas cap, and Killer Motorsports plans to ship one out. So while advertised as new, we got an older unit and were not even offered a discount off the 2024 prices. We also paid extra for assembly and setup (we highly suspect this was assembled prior to making the boat ride from China). The handbrake required adjustment so if it was assembled state-side, they didn’t follow their own specifications. The good news, the ATV runs well and the speed limiter is a great option for beginners. The bad news, based on the above, we hate being deceived and lied to about a product. So my warning is, while TAO may have a nice product, you will most likely receive something different than advertised, so question everything before purchase, particularly the model year of the unit you want. Disappointed in TAO and Killer Motorsports from that regard.

I called the shipper and scheduled the appointment as I was told to do only for the shipping company to come WAY early than what I was told and my package has damage to it to the point that the metal frame built around the atv was dented. Yes I took pictures of it but apparently I’m unable to post them in this review.
