Just like my first order, the four wheeler arrived sooner than expected. Much better pricing than buying the same brand locally.

As expected

Shipment was as expected and arrived quickly. The Tao T Force 110 is a very basic beginners ATV. It works fine for basic light riding. Oil change interval is 20 hours, so don’t expect the longevity of a high end ATV.

A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE

The info I got over the phone was very good. I knew from discussion exactly what I was getting and what I would have to do to put it together. It was at my home in TN in just 6 days, 2 of which were weekend days. Now that's damn fast for these days. So, it is of my opinion that this company is a really good one to buy from.

shipping was timely - some damage

shipping was timely. however, packaging crate slide 1/3 off pallet and the ATV has minimal damage

ISSUES

I didn’t like how my bikes directional and horn didn’t work and the electric start I have to kick start it every time which is no problem but it’s more convenient

Once the order was confirmed, it only took a few days for the dirt bike to be in my driveway.

You considered my brand new credit card…

You considered my brand new credit card to be a fraud without giving me an option to provide you with evidence to the contrary and then kept the money you said you would refund for nearly a month.

Overpriced on shipping. Customer service is horrible. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable of products, prices, and refunds. Will never purchase from this company in the future.

Everything great. Customer service and shipping. The only reason why not the 5 stars is because one of the tabs had a bad carb. But they are sending me a replacement

Pretty happy overall

Pretty happy overall. The initial transaction with order processing was a bit slow, however once the the unit was ready for shipment the handling went rather smooth and quickly. Any question or concern I had regarding delivery time/date was answering quickly and in detail by a customer service rep. 2 weeks was my deadline from payment to delivery to have the unit on site for my sons birthday…they got it done in a week and a half with a holiday mixed in there mind you. I did find it a bit unfortunate that i could not pick the unit up personally via POV from their HQ as I happend to be traveling right through their area for work. However, I do understand their reasoning as every company does have their own list of SOPs. The unit itself (110 Hawk), absolutely awesome. My son loves it and is killin the trails on it.

I was a bit hesitant after some reviews but we had a great experience. The atv arrived within 10 days, it took about twelve hours to receive a notice of my order being received then a day or so later I reacher email saying it shipped and it arrived with no issues at all. Follow the email you get about how to set it up and you’ll be fine. Definitely ordering again!
