Terrible course and service, waste of money
Course designed poorly, but that was fine. The main problem was when I submitted final exam I never got my grade. That was a month ago. Sent a few emails to support, never got a response. Worst service ever, do not waist your money!
Very Disappointed
I completed the course, which was fine - then I tried using the apps. OMG what a nightmare - there is NO support for the apps, no help files, tutorials, nothing. I understand that once we finish the training we are independent, when I send an email for support, help etc I expect more than an autoresponder. After the first payment came out my clients couldnt even log into the app anymore. They now want to cancel their membership, but can't because they can't log onto the app and cancel, kilofit haven't answered 1 of the many emails that I have sent over a 4 week period.... The information is good - the support is non existant - the apps don't work....
Disappointed
Well what's happening to kilobits. Tried to go study yesterday and the website is gone. Disappeared no email apologies or social media reassurance. This is nonsense. They had really good content and I was enjoying studying. This is so unprofessional am terribly disappointed. All tge time and effort I have put in for nothing
Be your own trainer. Don't expect any personal trainer helps you out rather than yourself.
I learnt a lot about the nutrition of fitness and be able to make my own plan for fitness nutrition. I don't need to spend money for personal trainer service anymore.

This is it!! Finally!! After sucessfuly completing the 4 courses to become a wellness coach I can finally say that this is a great course for people to take and help others. Is it scientific? not really. But you will walk away with a good understanding and foundation of movement, nutrition, and coaching Good job Felix, Ilka, and the Kilo Fit team

Terrible!
I finished the whole course and the final exam over two weeks ago. They promised they would get back to me in 5 business days with my results and I have heard absolutely nothing. I’ve sent SO MANY EMAILS and tried contacting them on their page and have been completely ignored. So don’t waste your money on this and go enroll in a personal trainers certificate course online, where you’ll be guaranteed a certificate. I’m so upset I put in all the work and paid money to get left completely empty handed and in the dark.

Hi all, I finished their coaching program and enrolled as a coach. Their customer service is horrible. I had a client enroll and his subscription got cancelled for some reason. this was communicated to KiloFit customer care 5 times and I have not received any reply whatsoever. I am wondering if they went out of business.

Very Informative and Engaging
I actually really enjoyed learning with the Nutrition course. It was really informative and as someone who already liked looking into what foods can help me in different aspects of my life this was just perfect and I learned a great deal. I also really liked the quizzes after each section as a sort of checkpoint in order to make sure I was soaking up key points of the information that was being given to me. Overall would recommend to people who even vaguely have an interest in learning about foods and their nutritional values.
