The website made it easy to find the rope that would fit my needs. I'm not a professional rope user so this was very important. My order was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. The project went well and the client was thrilled. Thank You Knot and Rope Supply!
I ordered 60 feet of 1 1/2 rope and they only shipped 58 feet, I had to change the project design for a customer, not happy with the length
Hi Michael, Got this forward to customer service to get fixed. I appreciate the heads up.

My order was lost in the mail, and rather than make me file a claim with the USPS they replaced my order and shipped it asap. Excellent customer service. The product is exactly as described.
Great customer service and product. Very smooth experience.
Excellent product with fast shipping. Ordered the misc box of rope on a whim in addition to my original order and received far more than I expected for the value. I will for sure be doing business with knot and rope again

Bought braided rope for re-rigging bike hoists plus rope clamps. Rope texture and pliability were perfect and the clamps were easy to install, hold tight, and provide a finished look. Worked great!
Great customer service! They didn't have enough rope to fulfill my order, so they sent me what they had (shipped out the same day I placed the order) and put in an order to their supplier for the rest. I had my second shipment in no time.
Found what I needed on the website. Correct product arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Fast delivery and the rope was just what we needed.
