I very specifically asked to see 4-inch hinge pins. You showed me dozens of items I don't care about. Had to wade through all of them to find what I wanted. Professionals don't have rime to waste on this kind of nonsense.

Ship your product in a better box or package. I ordered 6) hinges, they weighed 12#. The box was basically poster board!!! The box was ripped open,& 1) hinge was lost in shipping… no heavy duty box or tape or banding was used… I was disappointed & had to order another…when I called the company you get to talk to a robot….. Very unprofessional…
