Cabinet hinges for a cabinet installed in 1999
I was trying to order some cabinet door hinges to replace a couple of hinges that were broken. Our home was built in 1999 and I had looked for some time. I found these on your website while surfing and was at first skeptical about the website as I did not receive an immediate email after ordering. However, I did receive an email the next day. The cabinet hinges arrived promptly and were perfect. Thanks.

They can't figure out what they have in or out of stock
I place the item on the phone and then get an email saying the item is out of stock for several weeks. I missed the email, so I'm waiting around for something that I should have had (most retailers have figured out by not how to do an accurate accounting of their stock) days ago.

We do pull in our inventory from many of our suppliers but sometimes it can be out of sync for a short time period. We do appreciate the input and truly apologize for the delays with your orders. As soon as we realized the inventory was off in the system, we did reach out to you right away to communicate the delays.
tutorial is lifesaver
tutorial is lifesaver, I wish the filters could be interconnected for residentials and commercial. It took multiple attempts to find compromise on my request. Example: Looking for Commercial Exterior hinge Stainless steel 4”x 4.25 ball baring or spring loaded square with 5/8” corner for 2” thick door Settled on through filters setting and existed product offering: Residential steinless steel standard pin 4x4.25 with 5/8” corner for 1 3/4” thick door I’m not sure if the outcome is because my desired hinge doesn’t exists (no one manufactured it) or the set up of the filters in two main branches Residential or Commercial; and non existence of 4.25 size in Commercial section? Maybe mine ignorance of non application of 4.25” in Commercial settings. Well take make confusions as guide how to improve webpage for people request and improve guide for people such as myself. Overall happy, going to investigate your door closer section and if you have extended door arm offer for door closer top jamb with 3” and more Reveal size, such as Tell company 500 series instructions Top Jamb mount and offer TjDR extended door arm. I didn’t find any other manufacturers offering it. No, I don’t talk about arm which holds door open ( not applicable for Entry, Egress Fire Doir).
