An update: they provided a partial refund to me as of today’s date however, the refund should’ve been the full amount as it was the agents error and I attempted to correct it as soon as it happened, not days or hours later. I’m now calling the 8443719050 number but it seems like they’ve blocked me as it gives me a constant message that no agents are available. Do not trust this business! They will incorrectly submit your request and charge you for it, and hang up in your ear when you try to reason with them on how and why this treatment is unfair

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! After I put in my card information into the website, they emailed me saying it would take 24 hours to complete the reservation. I then called the next morning for them to tell me my tickets have went up to $180 when orginally it was listed as $119. I told them that it was incorrect since I didn’t agree to that amount and i would not pay that since it took the company 24 hours or even confirm my reservation. The guy then said that he would give me a “special discount” back to the orginal price I agreeed to. Prime example of a bait and switch. He then told me that I had to respond to an email agreeing to the price, time and flight details. I asked if i could have a flight confirmation code or verify with frontier that it was a real flight, he stated that i wouldn’t get anything until 24 hours before hand. I then called 3 more times following the next few days to which he kept saying there’s no way to give any confirmation code until 24 hours before the flight. When i checked the frontier app it said that I could check my flight status with a confirmation code, so there was no reason for him to deny me the code if there was an actual flight. My final call i told them i needed something anything to verify my flight and he said to call back the next day and he’ll get me my confirmation code. At this time i had a pending charge on my account, but the amount didn’t go through. Next day when i called, no one picked up and the amount disappeared from my account. Absolutely do not buy from this company no matter what price they tell you. It’s too good to be true. No company should deny you our confirmation code from the flight you purchased. In addition to that, there’s only one number on their website, which always led to me talking to the same guy. Everything about this company is sketchy, fake, and a SCAM. Please take the time to read others reviews under the 1 star section. as other people have had similar experiences. All the 5 star reviews are bots and fake. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. ITS FAKE. ITS A SCAM.
I had an absolutely good care from Mike I needed to go last minute from Tampa to Miami literally last minute and they were very efficient and super organised to find the ticket and I fly there with no problems I’ll be grateful for the amount of support and peace of mind his work and the people of lafetravel provide me I HIGLY recommend them

The staff at Lafe Travel were an incredible help this past weekend. They offered competitive pricing -- even compared to similar sites, which was incredibly impressive. One agent who assisted me also helped change my flight to a confirmed seat on an earlier flight same day when I realized I had made a mistake in my original request. I will say that the pricing offered over the phone was slightly higher than the price listed on the website, but it was still significantly cheaper (55% in my case) than the advertised price on Google and the airline website. It can be nerve-wracking to wait until the day before your flight to see the confirmation, but I had a smooth travel day with 0 issues. Lafe Travel is my secret weapon!!
